Hi, the book I ordered from them arrived as a Father's Day gift. It arrived with pages glued together, which could not be opened without damaging the book. I've emailed them twice and contacted them on your Instagram and Facebook to resolve this issue and have not heard back from you through any medium. The book was almost AUD $80 and is unusable. It's one thing that the book is damaged, it's another that customer service has not responded to any of my contacts.
