I wish I had read these reviews. Do not order from this company. A personalized book was ordered for my husband. The delivery date came and went, plus another 10 business days. finally, they offered to send another book "free of charge". This means they will keep my money and not charge me a second time. This was not acceptable to me since the whole idea and plan of the gift is now gone. They did not offer a refund or a discount. Still waiting for the replacement but not hopeful.
