I wanted to order a Liogier leaf wood rasps but they were out of stock but expecting a shipment. I contacted customer service so I could check on the time frame of delivery. I talked to one of the associates who informed me that they were receiving 5 and should be in stock July 10 2025. The associate informed me that there were already 4 that had been ordered. So I placed my order with the person mid June 2025 thinking 4 weeks no big deal. July 10 came and went so I called customer service again at the beginning of August 2025 talked to them again and said they were still waiting but I was to receive one of the 5 on August 20 2025. I received an email that an item I wanted was in stock so I called on the 21st and was told that I was the 6th person on the list and would have to wait for the next shipment. I have never been so disappointed with woodcraft.com. I cancelled my order some one else will get my money.
