“I wanted to order a Liogier leaf wood rasps but they were out of stock but expecting a shipment. I contacted customer service so I could check on the time frame of delivery. I talked to one of the associates who informed me that they were receiving 5 and should be in stock July 10 2025. The associate informed me that there were already 4 that had been ordered. So I placed my order with the person mid June 2025 thinking 4 weeks no big deal. July 10 came and went so I called customer service again at the beginning of August 2025 talked to them again and said they were still waiting but I was to receive one of the 5 on August 20 2025. I received an email that an item I wanted was in stock so I called on the 21st and was told that I was the 6th person on the list and would have to wait for the next shipment. I have never been so disappointed with woodcraft.com. I cancelled my order some one else will get my money.”
“Woodcraft is so awesome! The closest store to me is about 45 minutes away and I still find myself there at least twice a month! They stand behind their products. I recently purchased a small jointer from them and after talking with a sales associate about after sale support, I'll probably never buy a machine from anyone else. I was assured that they'll inspect it for shipping damage upon delivery to the store and help me out with any issues I have with it in the future. Real peace of mind having a brick and mortar store to which I can return! 10/10 for sure!”
“Updated Review
My initial experience with Woodcraft was frustrating and disappointing. On March 21, I placed an order for a 19-38 Drum Sander and Infeed/Outfeed Tables. I was charged $165 in shipping, then later discovered the sander was backordered and that Woodcraft was promoting free shipping for the same item. My efforts to get a refund or adjustment initially went nowhere.
However, after posting about the issue on social media, submitting a BBB complaint, and leaving an honest review, Woodcraft finally refunded my $165 shipping charge. While I appreciate getting my money back, it’s unfortunate that it required so much external pressure for them to do the right thing.
I’m sharing this update so that future customers know the full story: Woodcraft did eventually resolve the problem, but only after I had to take multiple steps to expose what I feel were misleading and inconsistent practices. If you choose to do business with them, be sure to keep a close eye on backorders and watch for any upcoming free-shipping promotions before placing your order.”
“How things are stocked is crazy. You allow the store one slider. Since a crosscut sled needs two, you buy one the first week, then wait until next Tuesday for them to ship a replacement and then get it on the shelves”
“Your picture presents a serious problem. Laying under an object on a jack with no supports is againt ALL safety considerations. I realize it is only a picture, but...

“Bought one similar to this, about 20 years ago from woodcraft. Used it making wood strip kayaks. Misplaced it recently, so I bought this one, it works great , I like the large handle. It is of high quality, and is well balanced. Highly recommend.”
“Quadrant Scraper set:
I bought this set a month ago for the purpose of scraping off the protective wax applied to a wet bowl blank. Both sizes work very well so I highly recommend them”
“My favorite attachment for my Dremel now. I received great advice from the Woodcraft staff person that this would work for me, and he was 💯 correct. Easy to control, and I love the results! Freehand carving letters and graphics with it. ❤️”
“they work as advertised but wish they came with the magnetic hose connectors. You can get a combined fitting for the 4-inch connector but not the 2.5-inch connector. Not a complaint about the hose fitting, just that you need both to connect to a machine.”
“Ordered many weeks ago and still is on Back Order. Wish they had some news on when. Wish they would make a low angle version as well which is a more useful apron plane. I promised to review this for a woodworking association. I guess we will have to wait.”
“I purchased both the click pen and the bushings last month . The bushings fit the pen “parts” perfectly. The finished pen is exactly what I was looking for in way of quality
It’s and function. I have read several reviews complaining of poor performance and being to loose, but I found the oppositions be true. Firm and functions correctly every time. But you MUST follow the assembly directions as written and in step by step order”
“The table sags in the middle. The MDF portion is flat, but the “precision” insert sags about 1/32”. I drove myself crazy and wasted a ton of wood, trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. I figured it had to be me and not the table top. It’s precision after all. Sadly, I figured it out after the return window closed. The attached pictures show the effect on a 10” piece of wood.”
