Stop using Evri, useless courier.
We waited in for them, no call, message confirming delivery complete with photo showing our address, nobody came to our address.
Their proof of delivery showed our addressed package sitting in a random shop.
Unable to get any joy via phone, email, etc. Think they've suggested we wait 10 days before they intend looking into it.
Can't be good for your business.
Can you forward refund as no goods received.
