The customer service is excellent! My order was lost by FedEx in Memphis and after 10 days did NOT arrive. When Woodpeckers was informed, they offered to and sent me a replacement order without charge just, so I could get the items I originally ordered. The replacement order arrived in 4 days, which allowed me to complete my project. Thank you Woodpeckers Craft.
