“After my initial review the company contacted me to offer either a refund or a replacement order. I chose a replacement order as I am in need of good wood sheets and wanted to give them a chance to rectify the issues. My replacement order arrived today and the box was in worse shape than the first. The sides split open and the sheets were actually hanging out of the box. A lot of the edges have dents, dings, and splintered wood. Clearly their shipping materials need an upgrade. Sadly my initial review stands.”

“Customer service is great. I get prompt responses to my questions and my questions are answered. I like the products and the price is great too. Only occasional problem is the classic napkin rings sometimes need to be sanded, but I can do that. Thanks Woodpeckers.”

“UPDATE… they contacted me and I got my order in time there was something wrong with the label and they didn’t detail what was going on. So it was a confusion. I will say better communication is needed but the product is nice quality . I placed my order and my items should be here in 2 days instead I get an email stating there was a delay but everything’s fine and I’ll get it soon. I went in the tracking from fed ex and it states the sender cancelled my order so no tracking available!! I Can’t get ahold of the company for a response and to see what’s going on!”

“Shipped and received! Wheels where just what I was looking for. I make a little car that has been received with enthusiasm by homeless shelters and other non-profit organizations. I get the wood free just have to buy wheels and 1/4 inch dowels and seal with food grade mineral oil.”

“I order some round wood balls to be converted to magician props. The product I received worked well. The balls appear to be very true in shape. The quality of wood used is what I was hoping for! Great product. Balls of 3 sizes ordered. Flawless! Great stuff!”
