“They never arrived”

“I have shipped back the 5" flower pots because on the website it stated when I ordered them that they were 10" wide. When I received them they were 6" wide. When I contacted the company I was told it was an error on the website. I cannot use them at that size so I returned them.”

“The item arrived broken and unusable. I was given a refund, but I got stuck paying $6.99 for the shipping. So I lost $6.99 for nothing.”

“I ordered 50 small candle holders. The drilled holes were so variable they were unusable for my wood project. I discovered a way to clamp them and was able to redrill and standardize them. Very disappointing!”

“It was the worst! Boards were all warped so bad that even though I clamped them down, as soon as the machine made a few cuts the boards popped up hitting the laser head. I sent an email letting Woodpeckers know this but, got no response. Won’t buy again.”

“I ordered some wooden beads, the hole was too big. My fault. I tried the Woodpeckers return process but it is totally screwed up. I received one return request email telling me I would receive a second with the instructions for the return. That never happened. Yes, I checked my junk mail. I left a message on the Woodpeckers website 4 days ago, no one responded. I tried to email by responding to the return request email, the address is a no reply. I packed everything up in a box and returned everything, silence. When there's this many failures in the system, buyer beware.”

“Ordered on May 2, 2023. Got an email asking for a review today. I still have not received the order. I'm not sure if this comes directly from China or not but I don't know why it should take so long. Sent an email over a week ago inquiring about the delay and still no response.”

“I still haven't received my items. Customer service was extremely poor. Phone numbers listed on the site either ring forever or go straight to a recording. Apparently it took several weeks for the items to actually ship and I had to hound customer service to get a tracking number.”

“I am incredibly disappointed. I received my order and unfortunately it wouldn’t work for my project. They processed a return and sent me a label. I returned the package and it cost me $30 out of pocket due to the label they sent me. (The order was only about $57)!! I have been reaching out to them with no response back addressing my concerns. Do not shop here unless you know you will not be processing a return or needing customer service- they won’t answer you and you’ll be out more money than you started with…and out product. I haven’t even received a refund yet.”

“Woodpeckers makes very good square dowels, that's what I first purchased from them. But their manufacture process for hardbard canvas is awful. This is the second one I've ordered with the same problem. Yes, I can fix it with glue and sanding, so it is not a total loss, but I SHOULDN'T NEED TO DO THIS (twice). This is my last order or contact with you, but I wanted to at least send this message. There are too many alternatives (Ampersand, Blick, etc.) to put up with this. Robert D. “So I sent a pic in of what I needed. Got a part number and aced my order. 1st order got lost and had to resend...so over a month. Got item. Not what I needed even after I sent in a pic. Emailed and asked if I could actually send in the item so they could match it so I could avoid this again with no response.”

“My dowel arrived broken in two .....Very disappointing . The package looked as if it had been opened at one end and the dowel was rattling around inside with no packing I tried to contact you and ups but no response. forget about it:)”
