Order came short/incomplete missing an item. Emailed customer service & humbly asked for the product I purchased, haven’t heard back after 3 days.
Update: Customer service responded at day 4 & offered to ship the missing item I was shorted on initial order. They then shipped the wrong item. I followed up again and then they shipped the correct item. After a total of 28 days after my initial order, I receive the missing item and my order is now complete.
