After my initial review the company contacted me to offer either a refund or a replacement order. I chose a replacement order as I am in need of good wood sheets and wanted to give them a chance to rectify the issues. My replacement order arrived today and the box was in worse shape than the first. The sides split open and the sheets were actually hanging out of the box. A lot of the edges have dents, dings, and splintered wood. Clearly their shipping materials need an upgrade. Sadly my initial review stands.
