I ordered some wooden beads, the hole was too big. My fault. I tried the Woodpeckers return process but it is totally screwed up. I received one return request email telling me I would receive a second with the instructions for the return. That never happened. Yes, I checked my junk mail. I left a message on the Woodpeckers website 4 days ago, no one responded. I tried to email by responding to the return request email, the address is a no reply. I packed everything up in a box and returned everything, silence. When there's this many failures in the system, buyer beware.
