Placed my first order directly with Woodpeckers and was very well pleased with the prompt, courteous customer service. There was an issue with my order which was immediately addressed and corrected. It was a very pleasant experience. I purchased your products through Amazon.com but will now do so directly through Woodpeckers. Cutting out the 3rd party. Your customer service and products offered are both great.
