Placed my order on-line: easy and quick. Delivery time was as expected. The order was shipped in very durable, sturdy, protective packaging. I am a completely satisfied customer. I've never had to contact Woodpeckers with any complaints/issues, so no insight into their customer service. My project was to design and build a wooden expanding/collapsing clothes drying rack. Most of the designs I saw on-line just didn't have the capacity needed (we dry a lot of clothes "by air" both indoors and out. My rack design utilized 21 dowels to provide just under 63 linear feet of drying space. My build took only a couple of days once I had the materials. Enjoy and thanks.
