I was inadvertently shorted an item but Woodpeckers customer service was efficient and responded to my request immediately. They sell sound, reliable wood products that are better made and are comparable in cost to what I can find at craft stores. Also, their variety of their products is a quite extensive and availability is a plus. I will use Woodpeckers Crafts again.
