First and foremost, I would rate Woodpeckers Craft's customer service 10 out of 5 stars. I had a package delivered that was missing 14 items from my order due to the handling during transport. I emailed customer service to explain the issue and without hesitation or proof that the items were not shipped, Renee from Woodpeckers Crafts immediately shipped out replacements via an express shipment. There just aren't many companies these days that will do this anymore, or if they do you have to jump through hoops to get it done. The products from Woodpeckers Crafts are also of great quality and I would purchase again from them anytime without question. MHenderson
