I ordered an assortment of wood plugs from Woodpeckers Crafts. I heard nothing about the order for ~2 weeks and inquired about it. Evidently, my order was mixed up with another one, and once that was cleared up the plugs were sent asap. The customer service person there was excellent and, given the initial delay, used express mail to send the plugs, which meant that they lost money on the sale. The prices were incredibly low and the quality is very good.
