the reason I am giving this a four star is the way my seahorses were shipped, they were taped in between two pieces of card board and fell out at post office. They had black marks all over them and i was lucky they hadn't broken or chipped, I wrote too you guys and got no reply, I always received my stuff in a box from you?? I don't get it.
