I'm a mixed media artist working with wood, metal, stone and a variety of other materials. I've been searching the internet for quality 1/8" wood dowels that are machined to a precise .125 inches. I have ordered from other suppliers without success. The dowels I received were advertised as 1/8" inch but most often proved to be slightly larger and unusable. I took a chance and ordered from Woodpeckers. To my surprise and delight the dowels Woodpeckers shipped were spot on .125 inches and fit my application perfectly. I'm hoping that particular product remains in stock because I will be ordering more. I'm creating a new art form, so I don't have photos to submit right now.
