I rate woodpeckers crafts very highly because I ordered several 2 1/2 incg wooden balls. The bag had been opened and a set removed then retaped and set to me. when i let them know, they sent me another set. I was very grateful and surprised. I will order directly from them again, and not go through amazon. it was delayed many times through amazon.
