I am building a cabinet out of mdf. I needed to reinforce the butt joints with dowels. The straight flute dowels that I had were slightly undersized. So I ordered the spiral fluted dowels.
They fit snuggly in the holes. It is now a sturdy case. I would recommend woodpeckers crafts.
Not only did they have the appropriate diameter dowels, the price was reasonable.
