I purchased 7/8” wood dowels for a colonial style home bar that I’m building. Since the name “bar” is derived from the bars placed on an inn’s alcohol storage structure for nighttime security, I will use the dowels in that manner. All 35 dowels were as straight as arrows. Perfect.
