I bought the 12'" x12" Baltic Birch plywood for scroll saw patterns. It was thicker than what's available in the box lumber stores and of higher quality. I had no problems with missing chips on the surface as I've experienced with lesser-quality wood. The price for the material and shipping is less than many others that sell this material. If I need more in the future, I'll go with 12"x24" since there may not be as much waste.
