The items that I received were of wonderful quality. However, I ordered 4 sets of the wooden trays (which were listed on the packing slip) but the shipment only contained 1 set. I called customer service and they were very helpful and said that they would send the missing items out to me right away. It has been almost 2 weeks and I have not yet received them.
