I ordered 2 pieces of 1/2 round dowels to be used on a project for a client. The pieces arrived and I immediately noticed that the box was damaged during shipping. When I opened the box I discovered that one of the dowels was also damaged. Fortunately, I was able to work around the damage. I was surprised that the dowels were simply placed in the box without any paper or bubble wrap to protect them. Other than the damage, the pieces I ordered were exactly what I needed.
