I purchased these items because I was pressed for time and did not want to set up my router. I was pleased with 3 of the 4, but the 4th was a piece of junk (see the pictures) & I do not understand how it got into your stock, much less past the eye of the person packing it. I am not interested in returning it or a refund, just remove my name from your mailing list. I will not be ordering anything else from you.
