Beginning to think I've been scammed.
Wood ordered 7th April. Contacted 9th of April to ask if I could make a change. Told no, it had already been cut. Fast forward to today (23rd April). Wood still hasn't arrived and no definitive answer for when it will. Dreadful, dreadful customer service.
