f I could give them a negative rating I would. Most horrible customer service I have ever received. Ordered a tiny wood cut for 3 pounds only. Delivery for this is 6.95 pounds. than i realized i am not going to be home to accept delivery- so within a few hours of placing the order i requested cancellation. customer service confirmed to me the order has not yet been cut or shipped however- refused to cancel it. I explained i am happy to pay 3 pounds for the wood - but request cancelation for the 6.95 delivery that was not made. they provided very low level of service refusing any refund. I asked them to confirm they actually paid 6.95 delivery on my small order and they ignored and refused clearly knowing the actual shipping costs are less than half of that.
