After the payment, I received no confirmation. After two days I contacted them and they said they had no record of my order and asked me to email them after which I received the confirmation of the order. Two weeks on and still no news about my three tiny pieces of cut MDF. They are also clueless about the consumers' rights; they think the consumer has no right to claim/cancel just because the wood is cut to a size. The consumer has every right to claim when the seller does not deliver the merchandise. Avoid these people.
