In reality, minus 5 stars. Nothing good to say about this company or their products. There's not enough room here to describe the whole, dreadful experience, so to sum up: Serious delay in dispatch (not to do with delivery, but because product went out of stock AFTER order placed - no notification), but they would not allow us to cancel as they claim product is "bespoke" within terms of Consumer Rights Act. THIS IS NOT THE CASE, the law is pretty clear that just because an item is cut to size, it is not bespoke and therefore not exempt from cancellation. However, no matter what you do or say, they will send the order out anyway (in their own time), so you have to find a way to return it to get your money back. Shelves are unfinished on all edges (yes, including front and back), more expensive than the same (better) product at Wickes, with rip-off delivery charges. Ours were also chipped - maybe that's what makes them bespoke?! Could we be bothered to do anything about it? What do you think?! Customer service is not a term in Wood Sheets vocabulary, their only interest is in conning money out of customers for sub-standard products. Best to take anything you read or hear from them with a ton of salt - if you can ever contact them, that is. Scam and scum.
