Wanna Ltd / Woodsheets.com I am annoyed that I didn’t look into this company before ordering plywood on their website. Placed my order 7th May, no feed back, emailed them 6 times, no communication what so ever, no idea when or if my order was going to arrive, customer service is non existent, the phone just rings and rings. Told to press O and leave a message which then cuts you off. Am out of pocket as had to buy it elsewhere from a normal company which I got three days later. Running a dispute on this company with paypal to try and get my money back. AVIOD THIS COMPANY! I cannot believe that companies can treat customers like this, no customer service support or possibility of feedback. Only use if you don t mind paying and waiting in limbo for ages to do your job.
