Scott was great, the overall process was easy and direct. My only complaint is that they included the amount due for state tax without asking me if I’d like them to do it, and then they ended up sending me a check in the amount take for that to pay the sales tax myself. Clearly they do this. To add thousands of dollars to their loan, to collect the interest. I felt that this was kinda of shady, and disingenuous, I would have given 5 stars had they not done this.
