Great product, great service. After looking online and not knowing the difference in the different types of glass, I decided to call. It was only a couple of minutes before closing so I didn't really expect anyone to answer. The sales person that did answer was extremely helpful and made sure I had the correct glass for my fireplace insert as well as the tape gasket to install it properly(I just wish I remembered his name to give him recognition for fantastic customer service.) The glass arrived quickly and well packaged. Thank you for such a great experience!
