Quick/friendly reply/confirmation soon after I ordered my glass. It shipped the day I ordered it and arrived soon after. Fit perfectly and cost considerably less than many other places I searched for the glass. Been installed for over a month & everything seems terrific (of course, the real test will be "what's it like years from now?"). So far, there's been no indication that I won't be just as happy years down the road. My experience suggests that they're a great company to do business with, and they plan to be around for the long run.
