This was the second time I've ordered from this company. The first over 2 yrs ago and now in January. The first arrived quickly and fit perfectly. Using the information from my first order resulted in receiving a glass 1/4 inch to large. Instead of trying to it fit and worried about breaking it, I contacted Woodstove-Fireplaceglass explaining the issue. They responded quickly and sent a replacement that day, including a shipping label for returning the unused glass. They were quick, responsive and understanding. When and if I need to replace my woodstove glass I will be using this company and will recommend without reservation to any one who asks.
