I ordered a piece of glass for my Lopi 380/440 stove. It came very quickly but did not fit my door opening. I called and they were very friendly and willing to help but said I would be charged to send it back to re cut it.
Luckily I have access to a waterjet so I was able to get it cut to make it fit.
Overall nice people it seemed but not impressed by the product.
