I felt like I was calling a friend who just answered the phone and said he'd take care of my fireplace glass for me. Really the guy just answered the phone, said sure give me the dimensions, and the glass went out that day. I am not sure how this company is pulling this off -- but what a refreshing change from recordings, menu options, etc. etc.
