Mike was amazing! He took the time to make sure that the part that we needed was in stock and was accurate measurements. We expected at least two weeks before we could use our stove again but the order came within 3 days -just in time for a cold cold snap. Thanks so much for your excellent customer service and lightening fast turn-around Mike! We would highly reccomend you to anyone looking for woodstove/fireplace glass and will definitely re-order if/when needed! Thanks again!
