The only reason I didn't rate my experience "Perfect" was because it wasn't a choice. I received my replacement glass one day earlier than promised. It was exactly what I needed/ordered. It was well-packaged, and when I ordered it, the person on the other end of the phone was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Thanks for the excellent service!!! -boone
