This was the easiest buying process I have ever gone through. My husband (my gosh he is in his 40s) doesn't really use a computer, so once I found out it was on me to find a replacement, I was nervous I wouldn't get this right. I emailed the company and the owner was SO FAST responding to me, asking me to give him some specifics, and when I gave him what he needed, I swear, I reveived a shipping confirmation an hour later.
