Placed my custom glass order in the morning and it was cut & shipped the SAME DAY. I replaced my old, dirty cracked glass with the custom piece I got from these guys and it made a world of difference in the ambience and performance of the stove. The glass was packaged very carefully, and even included enough paper inside to re-light the stove after replacing the glass. Couldn’t be happier with this store. 11/10.
