Michael worked with me to solve my baffle replacement challenge. I had a warped baffle with a hole in it. He got dimensions from me and identified a business who created custom steel baffles. The replacement baffle fits perfectly in my old Alaska Stove and the stove is working more efficiently. -Ken Frederick
