This company had a better price than most. They sent me the glass I ordered but it turned out I mis-ordered. They took back the glass, did NOT charge me a re-stocking fee, and sent me the proper glass after I sorted out exactly what I needed. The mistakes in ordering were all my fault but they worked quickly and flawlessly to get me what I needed. Top-notch customer service, that. I will come to these people first when next I order wood stove add-ons.
