I recently received a new blower motor for my Appalachian stove. Delivery was very prompt and received in excellent condition. The packaging was definitely done by someone that knows what they are doing since they do ship glass. Just saying that the motor was packaged just as carefully. Mounting was the same as was the electrical plug. Everything fit perfectly. The bearings in the new motors are sealed bearings. Very pleased with the customer service simply can’t be any better. I will be doing business with this company for my fireplace needs in the future. 5 Star
