I tried to login/create an account but it would not except my email user or the password code I typed in. Tried to reset with no luck either. Then I couldn't view my cart at first, I had re-order something just to bring it up to view cart, then cancel the extra order just get to check-out. I have ordered many things on line from other places and this was/is the most difficult I've encountered. I've worked in a cabinet shop for over 33 years, retired now so I'm no stranger to this sort of thing. I want to continue to purchase from you folk's and have in the past with the cabinet shop I was with. But today was a struggle unacceptable. Please explain yourself.
