I copuld not find a 10mm bit here as I just bought a hinge that needed it. I had to go to amazon to get one after spending a liong time trying to find one here. Then checking ouyt was a pain - I went to paypal thinking I had to, and said it was applying an offer but could not find what I was supposed to be signing up for. When I tried to cancel this, I had to re-entry all my infor to order what I wanted.
