Placed an order 9/29/22 order WS05095909130101 . I have the wrong item ..needed 100 grit ..notbsure who's fault and very likely something I did BUT ..SENT 4 EMAILS FOR INFORMATION ..NO RESPONSE ! There was no invoice included just a packing slip ..have return form printed but some of your return info says it need return authorization ...which was one or two of my e mails inquiring about . 126.84 of an item we will never use ! Needless to say ..the 30 day window has passed . Up here in michigan ...NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE AT ALL ..COMMUNICATION ..ONLY ON MY PART ! SALLY M
