I had to call and verify that if I ordered 3 feet of Pre woven caning that I would get 3 feet and not a 1 foot and 2 foot length as I did with my previous order. I called and the representative was extremely nice and helpful assuring me that this would not happen and if it did Woodworkers Supply would make good. SO at this point I am very pleased.....only time will tell.
