Loving this oven! Before they tried a pizza from it, the whole family was Iike “here goes dad with another gadget”, but on the first bite it was “this was a great idea - delicious.” Took me a couple of goes to get the ‘launch’ off the peel right, but I was using enough semolina to start with - now it’s perfect. I’ve also been using my own wood supply to fire it up, so gives my son a good job chopping smaller bits of kindling. Can’t recommend it enough - it’s brilliant. I haven’t tried the gas attachment yet, but that will definitely get some use when the weather turns.
