“The Neapolitan dough was ok, the GF dough was unusable. It fell apart, stuck to the pizza peal and wouldn’t cook. I could tell the minute it came out the packet it wasn’t going to go well. Was different to any GF pizza dough I’ve used previously. I’ll be going back to supplier I’ve used before.”

“A lovely (small, British) start up company that really cares about its customers. The Woody oven is excellent too (and I suspect much better quality than any of the Chinese knock-offs you can buy elsewhere). Just remember to read the instructions carefully. If I had *one* complaint it's that the set-up video is too fast for my ageing brain; had to watch it over and over again to understand one aspect of putting the oven together for first firing, and couldn't find a way of pausing it! But it's a really lovely compact oven and makes tremendous pizzas.”
“The taste of the dough was amazing
The instructions were not too clear about if we should remove from the celephone/plastic that each individuL dough ball came in. We did remove and stood on trays whilst defrosting. The dough then stuck to the tray. So we prised it off and placed individually on greaseproof paper. During the course of the afternoon, the dough got stickier and we had trouble prising from the paper. Suggestions welcome!

“I was very pleased with the customer service I received! Even though there was an issue initially with the courier, the customer service team were quick to rectify the issue and an oven arrived the next day! Communication from the Woody team was exceptional and, after the initial issue, the communication from the courier was great too. The oven itself is absolutely brilliant and we have been able to make fantastic pizzas from scratch, even though this is our first proper pizza oven. I would highly recommend the Woody pizza oven - a great product from a great company!”
