I was very pleased with the customer service I received! Even though there was an issue initially with the courier, the customer service team were quick to rectify the issue and an oven arrived the next day! Communication from the Woody team was exceptional and, after the initial issue, the communication from the courier was great too. The oven itself is absolutely brilliant and we have been able to make fantastic pizzas from scratch, even though this is our first proper pizza oven. I would highly recommend the Woody pizza oven - a great product from a great company!
